WSCCC has two awesome youth gatherings that cater to all year 7-12 youth. Both gatherings meet at WSCCC Strathfield (90 Homebush Road)
Glue meets every Friday night during the school term 7.30-9.30pm. At Glue, we play games, pray, sing songs, and look at the Bible to see what it has to say about life, death, everything in between, and the importance of knowing Jesus!
Stick meets every Sunday morning during the school term 10.30am-12pm. At Stick, we focuson Bible studyand learning what it means to be a genuine disciple of Jesus. This is an opportunity for the youth to grow in their love and knowledge of Jesus.
To see youth firmly rooted in the Gospel of Jesus and empowered by the Spirit to live for God's glory.
Youth Ministry Vision Statement
WSCCC has loads of high school youth who love Jesus, love the Bible and love how the Gospel changes lives. We aim to see youth grow to be obedient followers of Jesus through real commitments to Him and to sharing the Gospel with others at their schools and throughout the community.
Our groups are designed so that they are relaxed and fun so youth have lots of opportunities to bring their friends. During the youth group there is music, games, prayer groups and Bible study. Bible studies are normally divided up according to age and are run by experienced youth leaders. Occasionally, we have talks, social outings, serving society days, weekend camps or super special big events.
We know that there is nothing more important than knowing Jesus and discovering what the Bible has to say about life, death and everything in between, so come and check us out!
