We must thank God for His abundant grace because He has prepared for us a buyer for the property at 55, Boyle Street. This buyer will use the property for residential use and the exchange of contract has been taken place on 15 January. As the sales process is in progress at the moment, please refrain from using this property from now on and thank you for your co-operation.

Ariel writes – a weekly Scriptural devotion:

“Our Father in heaven…” (Matthew 6:9b NIV)

What a way to start a prayer! “Our”: Jesus here makes it clear that God is both his Father and ours. Firstly, we are his children by birth and now his sons and daughters by our second birth; our adoption in Christ. “Father”: He is our authority; the one who loves us and commands our respect. He is our disciplinarian; the one who chastises us for our own good. He is our protector; the one who keeps us from harm and makes us feel safe. He is our mentor; the one who guides us and teaches us the right way. He is our encourager; the one who emboldens us and fills us with his Spirit. Finally, he is our hero; the one who shows us that we can be more than we are and inspirers us to be like him. “heaven”: The place where he lives; his home and so ours as well, and he welcomes us to it with open arms. I might not know much but this I know for sure; God is my Father; Jesus is my brother; and heaven is my home, and that is all I need to know for now.
