Bulletin Announcements – 8 October 2017

·         Announcement from the Diaconate: Following this year’s Annual General Meeting, all three motions for members’ vote were passed. Of 302 votes cast, 99.3% voted for the appointment of Eva Wong as Children’s Ministry Worker (Part-Time) at Strathfield; 85.7% voted to accept the Church Development Plan; and 84.9% voted to appoint 18 deacons for the next Diaconate term. May we seek God’s guidance and providence for the future of our church.

·         NextGen 2018: KCC NextGen Conference provides excellent training for people in Youth and Children’s ministry leadership, understanding the Bible and teaching the Bible to others.  We are taking a group to NextGen on January 15-19, 2018. ·         New Service: We are moving forward with plans for a new service to start in February 2018!
